- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate assistance via email, chat, and other non-voice channels.
- Provide solutions and assist on technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and enhance the customer experience.
- Utilize tools such as 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐬, 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐨𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 to support customers effectively.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field.
- Familiarity with 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐬, 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐨𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
